We recently noticed that Instagram has performed an update that is preventing some profiles from being added to Postgrain. Profiles that do not display "I have been" on Instagram Web, or request to send the code via SMS or email, may not be able to complete the process of adding profile even if they make consecutive attempts.
Importantly, the error does not occur with all profiles, and you may be able to add the profile after some time.
Our technical staff are aware of this issue and are working to make the profiles connect again. However, we have no forecast for normalization yet.
