Right of regret
If you regret your purchase for any reason, you must contact support within 7 calendar days of the first purchase to receive a refund of the amount.
Regardless of the payment date, in case of dispute opening (request for a refund through the payment intermediary used) the user account may be canceled without notice.
“Chargeback is the cancellation of an online purchase made by debit or credit card, which may be due to the cardholder's non-recognition of the purchase or because the transaction does not comply with the regulations in the agreements, terms, additives, and manuals issued by the card companies.”
Regardless of the payment date, if the chargeback opens, the user's account may be canceled without notice.
¹ Importantly, there is a free trial option to try the service for 7 days at no cost or commitment. We recommend that all users use it and know the service before hiring a plan.
² For plans in the prepaid model, lasting 90, 180 and 360 days, the 30-day repayment term is considered from the date of the first contracting.
³ The refund will be made through the same payment service used at the time of purchase (Paypal or Stripe). And for credit card plans, it will be refunded on the invoice within 5-10 business days.
₄ If a dispute is within the right of repentance, it will be settled and the amount returned.
